The parts that they looked up and sold me weren't the right ones. I tried to return but since my transaction " never saved in our system", I had to provide a paper receipt. I never needed a receipt for anything there. They refused a refund so I'm stuck with parts that I have no use for. If you want the correct parts and good service, go someplace else.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Guys were very friendly
Well today was not my day I guess. Went at noon to utilize their ups drop off. Hours say they are open. Get to the door and it's locked. No sign saying they are closed and nothing indicating when they will be open again. I call and no answer. Very frustrating.
I drove almost an hour away because their website said that this location was open & the other location was closed so I drove there because that location had parts I need in stock 😠they were closed during regular operation hours with no posting of closing early Sunday around 4pm …
Always have issues with this location. It says they're open until 8 PM. And they never seem to show up for work, and if they do, they're 3 hours late. You need better management at this location

Was only in here to utilize the UPS drop off station the guys at the counter were able to get my box underway w no problem...
